Welcome to the Camden Children's Services Procedures Manual

This is the procedures manual for Camden Children’s Services.

The manual is laid out as following:

• Contents: This contains the main policies and procedures that ensure we comply with the law and statutory guidance when safeguarding the needs of the children and families we work with.
• Local Resources: This contains local guidance, forms, tools, and other information that supports and complements the policies and procedures on a local level.
• Camden Safeguarding Children Partnership: has access CSCP information, resources and tools including multi agency training, shared safeguarding procedures, and protocols.
• London Safeguarding Children Procedures: the multi-agency Safeguarding Children Partnership (SCP) procedures that we have signed up to with other local authority partners. This ensures that we can work in a consistent way across the region in key areas of our work.
